I had by no implys played the primary Shank, so this is coming from a fresh standpoint. I do no longer know what concerns the unique had, however this one truly does not have any.

This is a standard 2D shooter (think Contra), but it can be extremely bloody and fairly deep. There are six or seven single player stages and the boss combats are pretty troublesome and very enjoyable. However, this sport shines in the multi-player.

The multi-player is principally your typical 'horde' mode...buy items to lend a hand with completely different rounds of various types of enemies...but it is truly deep (unlockable personalitys galore) and with a friend is a blast. Choose your personality based on their powers and weaknesses and go nuts. I could spend hours with this type of game.
